Christmas is in 2 days... what? I feel like everyone is saying "How is it Christmas already?" And I'm one of them. This Santa hasn't even started wrapping presents yet... #procrastination.

Here's what we ate this week! We kept it pretty simple this week since Christmas is this week, but we did get to try one new recipe!
Sunday: Pork Roast, roasted potatoes, carrots & brussels sprouts, quinoa
Monday: Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole (I did not use the cheddar soup, and added chopped pickles, which was surprisingly good!)
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice
Thursday: Zoodles & Meat Sauce (homemade sauce + Italian Sausage)
Friday: Costco pizza
Saturday: My family's Christmas! We're going to make a big lunch of a pork loin made on our Big Green Egg, and everyone else is bringing the sides. Yum!
